This month’s challenge is built around the Tour de France using a stationery exercise bike. You can play with the settings on your equipment, I’ve included the examples that I use on the bikes in our Studio:

King of the mountain challenge. Set the bike with a mountain setting on level 7 for 2kms.

Sprinters’ jersey challenge. Use a manual setting on level 6 for 1km.

Overall Tour Winner challenge. Use an interval setting, place on level 6 for 5kms.

Record your fastest time for each challenge and repeat a couple of times over a three week period.
