Fitness For Beans – Christmas Boot Camp

Christmas card (4)Today I’m very excited to launch my Christmas Boot Camp Program called “Fitness for Beans!”  This is the very first year that I’ve run the program and I’m super-excited about it.

Christmas can be a very costly time for families and often one of the “luxury” items that can drop off the to do list is taking care of your fitness.  What better way this Christmas than to keep up your exercise right up until Christmas and it not cost the earth.  All we’re asking is that each person attending a Boot Camp class bring along at least one non-perishable food item, like a can of baked beans, and just before Christmas, we’ll deliver all the goods we’ve collected to Pakenhams 4C’s charity”.

We’ve named the event “Fitness For Beans” because all you need to do is bring along something like a can of baked beans and you’re right to train!  Not only can you keep up the habit of exercise, and on the way to a lifetime of fitness and good health, you’ll be helping out local families in need.

Women of all ages, backgrounds and fitness levels are welcome – all you need to do to qualify for our Fitness For Beans Christmas Charity is not be an existing member of our Boot Camp, or been a member within the last four weeks. The “progressive programming” of our boot camps is perfect for beginners and advanced fitness enthusiasts alike.  For more information and to register for a free workout, visit www.PakenhamBootCampsForWomen.com.au
